The food industry in Ireland has become highly modern and technologically innovative over the last two decades, this means that food product development is playing an ever increasing role in our economy today.
Ferbane Food Campus is a state-of-the-art food product development and training facility. It is the first timeshare production facility of its kind to be developed in the Midlands. Our aim is to give food entrepreneurs the opportunity to use a state-of-the-art kitchen and training facility to develop their product without the prohibitive cost of maintaining their own commercial kitchen.
The facility has been built to the highest standards and complies with all food hygiene regulations. The facility can also be leased by a private food company or agency involved in the promotion of food. It is centrally located in Ferbane, Co. Offaly.
Ferbane Business & Technology Park Ltd is a not-for-profit, voluntary group, whose objective is to support the creation of jobs in Ferbane and in the local region by providing infrastructure and supports to encourage business start-ups.
